Refund & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can redeem it or exchange it with us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at refund@martonelli.com and we will provide feedback on how you can return or exchange your product.

In order to be a valid return, the product must be sent back in the original package. There must be no signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind. Once the product has been deemed an eligible return, we will refund the customer the funding spent on the returned products minus shipping and packaging. We will not accept any product that is found unsuitable for resale due to different packaging, misuse, alteration or damage and will be returned to the customer. You may be required to pay duties, taxes and other applicable charges during the exchange. It does not apply to special products, special orders and our custom-made jewelry.

 

Warranty

We guarantee all our products for 3 years from the date of the exhibition. We strive to produce the best possible quality products on the market, but over time, problems can arise.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage to locks, tear on fibers, discoloration, contamination of materials, broken beads and skin damage. If you need a repair, please email our info@martonelli.com for details on how to process your repair.

 

Faulty Product

If we have sent a defective product, we will of course replace it, provided you officially notify us by email within 15 days of receiving the products. In case of defective product or delivery, we will cover the shipping costs. If you have such a problem, please use the refund@martonelli.com address for correspondence.

 

Please note

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is damaged or we make a mistake. We can not give a refund if your package is lost or damaged, only if the product is damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the goods we will return. We are not responsible for missing packages!
