What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We work with a several shipping providers who ship to any country in the world. However, at the moment we only deliver packages to Europe, here the delivery time takes 1-3 working days.
How do I place an Order?
Once you have selected the right product, combination and size for you in the webshop, you need to put it in the cart. You will then need to provide the shipping details at the checkout and settle the amount. If your order was successful, we will send you a confirmation email immediately.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Since all jewelry is made by hand, you will have to wait 10-15 working days after ordering until delivery, which will take an additional 1-3 days.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
You can pay on our website with PayPal and credit card.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your order at info@martonelli.com.
Foundation
How Can I Choose A Foundation?
Once your order has been shipped, you will find a plastic card inside the package. You can use your email address, name and the serial number on the card to choose a foundation you like on our site.
How Do I Know The Money Actually Went To The Foundation?
Our mission is to make the world a better place and we take it seriously! If the foundation provides us with a confirmation, we will send it to you within 10 days of selection.

How Can I Order Custom Jewelry?
You can send us your custom order request on the custom made tab of our website, which we will review and contact you. Once we have managed to discuss everything, we will prepare your individual order.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can redeem it or exchange it with us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at refund@martonelli.com and we will provide feedback on how you can return or exchange your product.
Do Your Prices Include Taxes?
All prices are VAT included. However, customs duty payments are not covered. When you order, you will be responsible for paying import duties.
